Start With Me ("swm.") is developed by KGT. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.
Data we collect
Account information
Name and email address, collected via Clerk for authentication.
User ID
Generated by Clerk, used internally to associate your data with your account.
User-generated content
Goals, journal entries, session notes, and reflection text — stored in Convex to power the app's core features.
Subscription status
Managed by RevenueCat and Apple, used to determine Pro access.
Crash reports
Diagnostic data collected by Sentry to help us fix issues. No personally identifiable content beyond user ID.
Data we do not collect

Third-party services
We use the following services to operate the app:
Data storage
Your content is stored securely on Convex servers. Authentication tokens are stored locally on your device via Expo SecureStore.
Data retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data through our support page. Account deletion is also available directly within the app under Settings.
Children
Start With Me is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will note the effective date at the top of this page.
