Start With Me ("swm.") is developed by KGT. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using Start With Me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description
Start With Me is a personal goal-setting, journaling, and habit-tracking app for iOS. Core features are available for free. Pro features require a paid subscription.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Pricing
Pro is available as a monthly subscription ($4.99/month) or annual subscription ($34.99/year). A 14-day free trial is available for new subscribers on the annual plan.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed through Apple and managed via your Apple ID. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, consistent with Apple's standard policy.
4. User content
You own your journal entries and goal data. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service. We do not use your content for training AI models or share it with third parties.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service. One account per person.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about achieving any personal goal or outcome. Start With Me is not a substitute for professional health, fitness, or mental health advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, KGT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
